Quotes, invoices, reminders

With the "Invoice" module in Xpert-Timer, you can easily create offers, invoices, and reminders. You can classify your project times as "billable" or "non-billable" and automatically transfer billable times to your invoice. The status of included timestamps will be marked as "billed". You can customize the design of your quotes or invoices according to your preferences.

Additionally, you have the option to attach the time stamp list to the invoice. Xpert-Timer supports various invoice formats such as XInvoices, QR-Invoices, GiroCode, and PDF invoices.

If you own a mailbox at DATEV Unternehmen Online, you can easily send invoices by e-mail to your tax advisor, or directly into the DATEV system.

The billing module in Xpert-Timer:

XInvoice, Swiss-QRCode and Giro-QR are supported.

In Xpert-Timer, different invoice formats are supported. You can choose between the following formats:

  • Print or PDF: Traditional .pdf document that you can send as an attachment to your customers or simply print it.
  • QR Invoice: A .pdf document which contains the Swiss-QR-Code for transfers within Switzerland
  • GiroCode: A .pdf document which contains a QR code for banking apps for bank transfers.
  • XInvoice: An XML document, machine readable, for creating invoices to government agencies and companies working with this format.
