Can it be defined who can book for which activities?

The posting to projects is regulated via an assignment dialog. The employee can only book times for assigned projects. This also guarantees clarity in the project manager. The list of projects to be selected is reduced to those on which the employee is actively working. All other projects are hidden via the project status or through the assignment.
