When inserting documents, the "Search terms" line is also available. Where do you search for terms entered in this field?

If you store search terms for your documents, you can search for these search terms in the document management in the "Text" search field. This makes it much easier for you to search within the documents. We recommend always using the field when adding a document. At first, the document management may still be quite clear. However, if it contains hundreds of documents over the years, the search for "keywords" definitely serves its purpose.
