External staff for administration in your Xpert-Timer system
The no login user license is especially helpful if you are working with external employees. You don't want them to log in but they have to track their time. Maybe due to security reasons, letting them log in is not an option. Xpert-Timer is your solution to this Problem. The external employees just document their time and transfer their time stamps to you. Someone in your office then enters the time stamps for those external employees manually in the Xpert-Timer system. Like this your external employees did not have to log in and you don't have to worry about your companys' security being in danger.
In summary our No Login User license will allow you to create a user name for the Employee. So allthough they have a username, they can't log in. In other words, this will give you the possibility to filter and report the time of the external employees. And of course the chance of keeping track of the hours they spent on each project.
