External employees in project time recording

If you want to record times of employees who do not work in your company, you can create "users without login" in Xpert-Timer Pro. The licenses for employees without registration cost less than half of the normal license costs.

A practical example:
You are working on a project and need to hire external staff for work on the project. In order for you to maintain exact control over the accrued times, your external employee documents the hours worked and you transfer them to your Xpert-Timer system. This allows you to check exactly how many hours were required by which employee during project evaluation. Project costing for upcoming orders is thus facilitated.
