Software assurance "Premium"

When you purchase Xpert-Timer Pro, you receive a software assurance package for a minimum of one year. There are two options to choose from: the "Premium" package and the "Premium Plus" package. The one-year period starts on the first day of the month after the license is issued.

The "Premium" package costs 20% of the license value. This amount includes 15% for bug fixes, changes, and new features within the current main version, 5% for upgrading to a higher main version. Support is billed seperately.

The "Premium" package includes:

  • 12 months of product updates from the 1st of the month following the date of license creation within the main version purchased, e.g. E.g.: from version 9.0 to version 9.1.
  • 12 months of product upgrades starting on the 1st of the month following the license creation date within the major version purchased. For example: upgrade from version 9 to version 10

Paying:

  • Telephone support (also technical)
  • Remote support

Training/product advice:

  • 15 minute package: EUR 25 plus VAT
  • 30 minute package: EUR 50 plus VAT
  • 60 minute package: EUR 100 plus VAT

The renewal term is always calculated on an ongoing basis. It is not possible to interrupt the term of the software maintenance, i.e. in the case of an extension after the expiry date of the software maintenance, this period will be calculated retrospectively. The minimum amount for the premium package is EUR 25.00 plus VAT

The software maintenance is automatically extended by 12 months if it is not canceled at least 4 weeks before it expires.
